This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all services operated by TJ NOVA LTD. You must not use our services for, or in connection with, any of the following:

• illegal activity
• abuse of APIs
• malware
• spam
• fraud
• privacy violations
• attempts to bypass rate limits, safety systems or security controls
• misuse of third-party AI model providers

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access without notice where necessary to protect our services, our users or third parties. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
